To pay your congress fee, we recommend payment by credit card or PayPal within our booking system. We accept the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Diners. The transmission of your data on the web is encrypted and can be considered secure.  

Alternatively, you can transfer your congress fee to the following account within 10 working days:

If you cancel your participation by 31 March 2025, the participation fee will be refunded minus a processing fee of 30 €. In the event of later cancellation, the participation fee will not be refunded. Please inform us of your cancellation by e-mail to smhs@cpo-hanser.de. 

If you would like to register 9 or more participants, please contact us via e-mail smhs@cpo-hanser.de.

1. Create and activate your user account.
2. Fill in the online registration form.
3. Select the appropriate participation fee.
4. Book and pay with costs.

You will receive your invoice and confirmation promptly by e-mail. Please also check your spam folder. In the confirmation e-mail you will find your participant number and a barcode. You will need both on site to print out your name badge at the registration terminal. The name badge serves as your personal admission ticket for the Summit and is non-transferable.
